MTL is a 20 bed facility directed specifically towards male adolescents between 14 and 21 years of age.

Female Translational Living
Female TL is a 9 bed supervised facility with the intent to assist youth ages 14-21 in planning for and meeting basic needs in the areas of education, safe housing, life skills and employment.

Keystone Adolescent Center
KAC is a 28 bed Shelter/Residential facility that provides 24 hour care and supervision of delinquent and dependent males age 6-21 years of age throughout western PA and North Eastern OH.
Who we are.
Keystone Adolescent Center is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to provide community based programs that will afford constructive behavior modification, therapeutic counseling, and educational opportunities to at-risk adolescents and offer their families greater involvement in the treatment program because of its community based nature and emphasis on family preservation.
Keystone facilities provide 24 hour care and supervision for delinquent and dependent males and females throughout Western Pennsylvania. Upon a child’s admission, Keystone will utilize a variety of treatment modules, focusing on the child’s history and future needs to produce a positive and successful treatment plan
